By purchasing in our store, you agree to these terms:

The Purchaser is hereby granted permission by Elaine Pierce LLC to reproduce the edited images for commercial usage. This permission is granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, with no expiration. Client may not release the images to anyone else or “2nd or 3rd Party Usage” including but not limited to other vendors or sub-contractors without the express written permission of Elaine Pierce LLC. Elaine Pierce LLC retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law).

Elaine Pierce LLC retains copyright to all images. You may not resell any part of or all parts of any image. Images may be used unlimited amount of times, but usage rights cannot be transferred or sold.

Purchasers May:

Use images for personal or business usage such as websites, newsletters, magazines, pdfs and ebooks.

Use unlimited number to times

Use online or print

Resize, crop or change image orientation; change colors to complement their branding

Add texts overlays to images

Purchasers May NOT:

May not transfer, sell, redistribute, lend, or give away image(s) to any third- party to use the image in any way.

May not claim images are their own.  Elaine Pierce LLC owns the original rights to the images.  As the purchaser, you agree to the terms listed.

May not use the images or sell in conjunction with any offensive, illegal or pornographic use.
